England Cluster

England Cluster is a residential community located in International City. It is located in the north-west of the neighborhood, along Al Awir Road. The project is owned by Nakheel.

It offers studios and one-bedroom apartments in 2, 3 and 4-storey buildings designed following 18th and 19th century British architectural concepts.

The units have balconies, built-in closets, fitted kitchens and showers. Apartments in England Cluster are equipped with an intercom to identify visitors. There are fire extinguishers on each floor of the residences. Pets are allowed in the community.

Absolute security is provided in the homes. Video surveillance cameras are used for this purpose. Members of the security service are also involved to ensure order and peace.
