Horizon Tower

About the project

Horizon Tower is a 45-storey residential complex located in Dubai Marina. It was commissioned in 2006 and designed by Arenco Architectural & Engneering Consultants.

Horizon Tower comprises 162 apartments, including eight penthouses. Most of the apartments have panoramic windows offering beautiful views of the city.

The size of the apartments ranges from 207 to 227 square meters, the penthouses – 407 square meters. Living quarters include 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a maid’s room, a kitchen, and a spacious living room and balcony.

A distinctive feature of Horizon Tower is its privacy. There are only four apartments on each floor. Additionally, the entire complex has 24 hour-a-day security and there are video surveillance cameras in public areas. The parking area for cars also has round-the-clock surveillance.

Location

Horizon Tower is located in the busiest district of the city – Dubai Marina. It is located on the main thoroughfare, Sheikh Al Zayed road, which connects the main sites and attractions in the emirate of Dubai.

Within walking distance from the complex there are three metro stations (DMCC metro station, Nakheel metro station, and Ibn Battuta metro station).

It takes 30 minutes to drive to Dubai International Airport (DXB).

There are several supermarkets nearby and a large shopping mall, Dubai Marina Mall.

The Mall of Emirates is also located in the area. There are plenty of entertainment options for children and adults, a cinema, food courts and famous brand boutiques.

Marina Beach is just a 10-minute walk away.

Medical centers (Marina Medical Centre, and King’s Marina medical center) are only 10 minutes away.

There are many nurseries in Dubai Marina: Willow children’s nursery, Blossom Marina nursery, Toddler town British nursery. The nearest schools (Regents international school, American school of Dubai) can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
