Parkway Vistas is a new luxury residential development from Emaar Properties, the highly renowned developer of the Arab world. The project is under construction, which began in 2016, and is located in Dubai Hills Estate, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, a new emerging neighborhood in Dubai.
