Location
Hills View is located at the intersection of Al Khail and Umm Suqeim roads. In close proximity to this community there is a golf club, a shopping center, parks, public swimming pools, a fitness center and playgrounds.
Within a 10-15 minute drive from the Dubai Hills Estate area are several educational institutions – British and American schools, the American School of Creative Sciences, and Dubai Heights Academy. As well as an educational center with universities such as Wollogong and Bradford.
The British Medical Center, Saudi Hospitals, Mediclinic Park View and Al-Zahra are all within a 15-minute drive. There are also many pharmacies close to the complex.
