Downtown Views is a premium high-rise apartment complex from the developer, Emaar Properties, in Dubai’s central Downtown district. The first phase of construction was launched in 2015, which consisted of a 55-story tower with 416 1-4 bedroom apartments of 71-278 square meters.
The Downtown Views tower was a huge success with investors – all apartments were completely sold out in less than 48 hours from the start of sales. Because of this significant customer response, the decision was made to launch the second phase of the project. Downtown Views II was launched in January 2017.
The project currently includes three residential towers of 52, 59 and 64 stories with 1-4 bedroom apartments. The residential units range in size from 75-239 sq. ft. (806-2572 square feet). By early 2021, 75% of the planned construction work had been completed.
