About the project
Mulberry is a new residential project from developer DAMAC Properties. The community features villas and townhouses located in a developing area of Dubailand in Damac Hills 2. The property’s construction, led by Towers Technology Contracting Co LLC., is still underway.
Mulberry offers villas with three to six bedrooms ranging in size from 2,046 sq. ft. (190 sq. ft.) to 3,800 sq. ft. (353 sq. ft.), and townhouses with an average size of 2,308 sq.ft. (214 sq.m.). Location
AKOYA (Damac Hills 2) is a family-friendly neighbourhood with an abundance of man-made lakes and rivers, landscaped parks, recreational areas, and playgrounds. Public transportation is not yet available in the neighbourhood, so residents use cars and cabs to get around the area. The nearest beauty salons, pharmacies, medical clinics, and education institutions are located in neighbouring areas, such as Arabian Ranches, which is located within a 20-minute drive of the community.
