City Walk is a low-rise urban community by Meraas in Al Wasl, located between Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah. The development covers around 900,000 square metres and features a pedestrian-friendly layout with tree-lined boulevards, public squares, outdoor cafés and retail spaces integrated throughout the community.
The original City Walk district includes 34 low-rise buildings, mostly five to six storeys, arranged around pedestrian streets and retail spaces. The development later expanded with Central Park, a residential district centred around a landscaped park.
City Walk is located in Al Wasl, at the intersection of Al Wasl Road and Al Safa Street, close to Sheikh Zayed Road. Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa are to the east, while Jumeirah and the coastline are to the west.
