Job Overview:
A successful Real Estate Team Leader has proven sales capability, is experienced in motivating and managing salespeople and teams; is highly organized and has excellent level of communication (native language plus fluent and proficient in English). You should be clear on your daily / weekly / monthly routine in reviewing agent KPIs, correct use of CRM, leads management and follow-up, monitoring and improving agent execution of calls and viewings, focused on continuously closing more deals and overachieving set targets / overall sales performance.
Your management style will be to guide and support; you will continue to sell and achieve your own targets while at the same time motivating and leading your own sales team, you represent the Metropolitan Brand professionally and with the highest standards, building strong relationships inside and outside the company related to Off Plan or Secondary Market sales to deliver on your targets and objectives.
The Team Leader is driving the hiring, training and results of Off Plan or Secondary Market specialized sales agents, he/she demonstrates daily the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving manager, who can sell and teach how to sell and is committed to putting clients first and achieve expected results in the right way.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Off Plan or Secondary market real estate sales, with a proven track record of overachievement;
- 1-2 years’ previous experience in managing and leading salespeople; preferably Real Estate Market Sales;
- In-depth knowledge and relationship with his/her specialist areas – ideally with proven portfolio of own listed properties / stock;
- Strong leadership skills, with experience and proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Advanced knowledge of the Dubai real estate market;
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to discuss and test the knowledge of team members on their specialist areas of expertise.
Desirable:
- Additional spoken languages (Intermediate and above);
- Based for last 2-3 years in UAE;
- Driving license and own transport.
