On 14 April 2026, Dubai Properties awarded an AED 1.1 billion ($300 million) construction contract to Metac General Contracting Co. LLC for 850 townhouses in Villanova, Dubailand. The contract covers phases 1 and 2 of La Tilia, the newest residential cluster within the community.
The development includes 500 three-bedroom and 350 four-bedroom homes, available in G+1 and G+2 configurations. Phase 1 covers 410 units, with phase 2 adding the remaining 440 homes. Handover is targeted for Q3 2028, with prices starting from AED 2.69 million.
La Tilia continues Villanova's Mediterranean-style design, with open space between homes and landscaped buffers throughout. Community amenities include a beach lagoon, swimming pool, padel court, football field, multi-purpose courts, cycling and jogging tracks, children's play areas, and retail within the master development.
