Customer Support Specialist – Ras Al Khaimah Office

What you’ll do:
- Registering new companies and opening bank accounts via leads, provided to you by the Company.
- Preparing legal documents for the services, submitting documents to government institutions and free zones.
- Supporting clients with their enquiries, coordinating, and maintaining time frames and deadlines.
- Working with banks on opening clients’ business and personal accounts.
- Providing services of client’s company renewals, structural changes and liquidations.
- Providing services of client’s opening / renewal / cancelation resident visas.
- Mortgage consultation and mortgage case supporting.
- Communicate with customers to help them choose the best mortgage loan they can afford.
- Coordinating with the agents for case submission to bank till property registration.
- Investigate and settle customers’ complaints.
- Maintain client’s data base in company’s CRM.
- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
- Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- Customer Support, PRO, Consulting, Mortgage experience
- UAE experience is a must
- Arabic & English language is mandatory, knowledge of Russian language is of significant advantage
- Driving license is mandatory
- Willing to work and be based in Ras Al Khaimah
