One&Only One Za’abeel – new launch in Dubai

Set to make its debut in early 2023, One Za’abeel is an ultra-luxury residential development located in Za’abeel, one of Dubai’s most dynamic districts. The project was launched by Kerzner International in collaboration with Ithra Dubai.
