Rising above the prestigious area of Za’abeel, One Za’abeel is an ultra-luxury 2-tower development by Kerzner International in partnership with Ithra Dubai. The 2 high-storey buildings are connected by a panoramic sky podium called The Link, which will be 328 ft above ground level. In fact, One Za’abeel is set to break the World Guinness record as the longest cantilever building in the world, as it will stretch a whopping 741 ft. The Link will be home to a range of Michelin-inspired F&B venues with celebrity chefs, lounges, viewing decks, a gym, a spa, a swimming pool, a banquet hall and a rooftop terrace. Additionally, the upcoming super-luxury development will house an infinity pool measuring 1,291 ft – the longest in Dubai.
Both skyscrapers are located on a 3-storey podium separated by the 4-lane dual carriageway. The facade of the platform is reminiscent of the horizontal layers of rock in the earth, while the vertical terraces, landscaping and water features will create a feeling of ascent. Meanwhile, the podium will be crowned by an accessible landscaped green garden roof, which will provide a stunning view of the iconic Dubai skyline. Not forgetting an air-conditioned plaza between the 2 towers, where a variety of public events will be hosted throughout the year.
In addition to The Residences and the 5-star resort, One Za’abeel will house The Offices and The Gallery. The latter will include the ultimate leisure offerings, whereas The Offices has a range of A-rated office spaces with full access to male and female prayer rooms, 750+ additional parking spaces, 8 high-speed elevators, valet parking, concierge services, as well as direct bridge connection to the World Trade Center.
The starting sale price for One Za’abeel (residential) 1 bed simplexes from AED 3.9M (USD 1.06M), for 2 bed duplexes from AED 8.3M (USD 2.26M) and for One&Only Private Homes (serviced) from AED 4.3M (USD 1.17M).
The upcoming development will join Kerzner’s portfolio of 4 properties in the city, along with Atlantis The Palm and The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences. The latter houses the most expensive penthouse in Dubai, which is currently listed by Metropolitan Premium Properties.
