Jumeirah Heights (The Fronds) is a large residential complex built by the developer Nakheel. Its construction took place between 2007 and 2012. The project, which is of the package type, is divided into two parts – Frond A and Frond B with a total area of 41,806 sq. m (137,158 sq. ft). There are four 27-story residential buildings in each section. In total they contain more than 1300 comfortable apartments, the number of bedrooms ranging from 1 to 4. And there are more than 30 spacious three-bedroom villas by the scenic lake. There is a fitness center, swimming pool and shopping mall at the disposal of the residents of the community.
