About Hayat Island

Hayat Island is a sub-community of Mina Al Arab, which is part of the larger Ras Al Khaimah area. The island is located in the Arabian Gulf and is a newly developed sub-district with villas, luxury hotels, and beaches. The project is owned by RAK Properties and consists of ready-to-move-in residential units, as well as units that are currently under construction. Properties include studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments, as well as two- to four-bedroom villas and townhouses.
