About the neighbourhood

Dubai Investment Park is a mixed-use neighbourhood consisting of three zones: residential, commercial, and industrial. It is part of the South Dubai development project, which is conceived as “the city of tomorrow.” Dubai Investment Park covers an area of 6.5 square kilometres. The area has two nearby highways: Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road, and the Al Maktoum Airport is located within a short distance of the neighbourhood. The project began with the creation of the business park, an area that includes offices and commercial facilities. Then, seven residential complexes followed.

The neighbourhood’s proximity to the economic zone does not interfere with the comfortable living environment surrounding the residential units. The residential area offers plenty of green spaces, and at least 40% of the area is cultivated with beautifully landscaped parks and artificial lakes. In 2019, the first industrial warehouses began leasing in the area. This has increased the flow of investment into Dubai Investment Park.
