Central Park is a new phase in the City Walk residential neighbourhood, developed by Meraas. At the moment the project is under construction and the estimated date of completion is January 2025.

The Central Park community will consist of 12 residential buildings set amongst 516,000 sq. ft of luscious greenery. The property area of 2-bedroom residences varies from 1,045 sq. ft to 1,400 sq. ft. The layout of 3-bedroom housing units includes 3 bedrooms, a living/dining area, a maid’s room with en-suite bathroom, spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, utility room, balcony, powder room and a dressing area. The minimum residential area of 3-bedroom apartments constitutes 2,140 sq. ft , while the maximum living area is 2,170 sq. ft.

Location and accessibility

Central Park in City Walk is connected by an excellent road network as the complex is located between Jumeirah Street (D94) and the main highway of the city – Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). Dubai Petroleum Corporation 1 bus stop is within walking distance of the development and both Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport can be reached in around 30-40 minutes’ by car.
