Town Square is a new 3,000,000 sq. m district under construction in Dubai. The project is being implemented by the company Nshama. Residential complexes with apartments and communities of townhouses are located here.

Town Square offers a full range of infrastructure facilities. The development plan calls for 3,000 townhomes for sale in the area. The residential sector is surrounded by landscaped grounds. The residents will have plenty of opportunities for different kinds of sports. Tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts cover 8,000 sq. m of the grounds. In the center of the community there is a square with fountains, surrounded by a park. There is also a shopping and entertainment center. The neighborhood has its own water park, Flowrider.

Town Square offers 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom townhouses for sale. Properties are sold with an equipped kitchen, full finishes, plumbing, and built-in closets.

The properties are now available for purchase in six communities that are in various stages of development. The project is scheduled for completion in 2025.

The 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhomes are 195 sq. m (2,100 sq. ft) in size. A 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom property is 223 sq. m (2,400 sq. ft).

The layout of the townhouses follows the same pattern. The first floor has a spacious living room, kitchen and maid’s room. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. Each building has a garden, a garage and parking spaces.

The price of a property in a new neighborhood is influenced by the size of the rooms and the stage of completion of the project. A three bedroom townhouse in this complex can be purchased for USD 449,300 (AED 1,650,000). The average price for a four bedroom unit is USD 571,800 (AED 2,100,000).

The residential homes in the Sama community are very popular. There is a great opportunity on offer to buy a townhouse here. There are a total of six clusters in Town Square – Zahra, Noor, Hayat, Safi, Sama, Naseem.

A key feature of the area for residents is the opportunity to live surrounded by landscaped gardens and ponds. It is a man-made oasis with an abundance of plants.
