Residential real estate in Dubai South is represented by two communities, The Villages and The Pulse. In both communities, you can buy townhouses designed for people who prefer a luxurious lifestyle.

Highlights of Dubai South

Dubai South is accessible by bus and private transport via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road. A new metro station, Expo 2020, also opened in the area in June 2021.

There are several supermarkets, churches, temples and mosques in the area. Educational institutions are located in the neighboring community – Dubai Investments Park. Here there are private schools Dove Green, Greenfield Community, Bright Riders and British Columbia Canadian School. These institutions offer British, American, Indian and Canadian programs. There are two educational centers with a number of universities – Dubai International Academic City and Dubai Knowledge Park – within a 30 minute drive.

Near Al Maktoum Airport there is a clinic of the same name. Access Clinic Jafza and NMC Royal Hospital are a 15-minute drive from Dubai South.
