About Town Square
Town Square is a new project from the developer Nshama Group in the Dubailand area, scheduled to be completed in 2024. The community is located along Al Qudra Road, which provides residents with quick access to the main areas of Dubai. The area’s infrastructure consists of retail stores, park areas and entertainment venues. Town Square includes eight residential complexes: Jenna, UNA, Hayat Boulevard, Rawda, Safi, Warda, Zahra and Zahra Breeze. The real estate presented in the community are studios, apartments and townhouses. It is planned that after the completion of all the complexes, the number of residential units will be about 17,000 units, and by 2025 the area will be able to accommodate 85,000 people.
