Bluewaters Island is a new neighborhood in Dubai, located on an artificial island of the same name five minutes from Dubai Marina. The joint project by the major developer Meraas Holding and the Van Oord architectural group was presented to the public at the beginning of 2018.
The island is divided into four zones: residential, entertainment, hotel and retail. The central attraction of the island is the largest Ferris wheel in the world, Ain Dubai (250 meters), as well as the luxury five-star resort Caesars Palace and the shopping area with many stores and restaurants.
The residential sector is a luxury complex, including 10 buildings of medium height.
