Miraclz Tower by Danube is a new residential complex located in the Arjan district of Dubai near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Miracle Garden. The 37-storey building was completed in 2021. The project was developed by Danube Properties Development LLC, and EDMAC Engineering Consultant executed the architectural design. The complex has a total of 591 residential units, including studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments. Properties range in size from 349 sq. ft. (32 sq. m) to 1,300 sq. ft. (121 sq. m). It is also possible to buy an entire floor that covers an area of 10,223 sq. ft. (950 sq. m).
