Reeman Living

Reeman Living is a designer residential community by Aldar Properties located in the quiet residential area of Al Shamkha in Abu Dhabi. The construction of the project will start in Q3 2023. This is the developer’s second project in its new ‘Living’ urban collection, offering property buyers inclusive communities in prime areas of the UAE capital.

The new community will comprise 1,050 residential units. The first phase of the project offers a choice of 630 residences to buyers and investors from across the globe, within 5 low-rise buildings. As of January 2024, the minimum price of property in Reeman Living is AED 400,000 (USD 109,000).

The developer has decided to launch a new community in the ‘Living’ collection after the resounding success of the first project called Manarat Living on Saadiyat Island, which offers high-end studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments.
