They’ll then give you all the necessary training and help you obtain your Real Estate License. Once you have your broker card, you can begin acting as a Real Estate Broker.

How much do real estate agents earn?

Real estate agents in Dubai earn a commission based salary, which means you have no fixed salary, but your earnings are uncapped. We give you all the training, resources and support, but exactly what you earn is down to you.

Do I need a real estate license?

Yes. To legally broker property transactions in Dubai, obtaining a RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) license is mandatory. The license is valid for one year and you must renew the license annually.

How do I become a successful real estate agent?
