Ansam 3 is one of three buildings that make up the Ansam development. It is located on the west side of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The project was developed by Aldar Properties, a large company specialising in luxury real estate construction in the UAE. The building was completed in 2018.
The complex was designed using an Andalusian architectural style and features a stately white facade and arched windows. The building also has balconies with decorative elements that blend in well with the lush natural landscape of the island.
There are a total of 547 residential units, including studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments. Properties range in size from 493 sq. ft. to 2,183 sq. ft.
Residences have kitchens, multiple bathrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, and balconies. Two- and three-bedroom apartments also have guest bathrooms, staff accommodations, and two balconies that can be arranged into recreation areas.
The interior design of the apartments features a light noble colour palette. Properties are equipped with built-in closets and all of the necessary appliances. Large windows offer magnificent views of the Arabian Gulf coast and the surrounding landscaped gardens. Units can be accessed using a contactless card.
The complex provides a variety of amenities and services, including high-speed elevators, high-tech security systems, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, barbecue areas, covered play areas for children, a sauna, steam baths, and underground parking. The building also offers pet-friendly accommodations.
As of Q1 2023, studios with 549 sq. ft. can be purchased for AED 725,000 (USD 198,000).

The complex has a prime location. Yas Island has many playgrounds and entertainment venues. Residents have easy access to Yas Links Golf Course, Yas Waterworld, and Ferrari World Theme Park.
Ansam 3 is set away from the bustling metropolis, which makes it a comfortable place to stay. Residents can walk to nearby supermarkets, stores, hospitals, and entertainment venues.
