Amaranta is part of the larger Villanova community. In addition to Amaranta, the complex includes La Quinta and La Rosa. The project was first developed back in October 2016. The developer is Dubai Properties Group. Now the residential complex is a network of villas and townhouses. Each building has its own specifics and is suitable for its own group of people. All the buildings are designed in a Mediterranean style.
