Palm 360 is an apartment complex located in The Palm Crescent, Palm Jumeirah artificial palm island in Dubai. The project from developer Nakheel PJSC is under construction, which began in 2019. AE7 was the architect of the project and Bauer International was the piling contractor.
The Palm Crescent area is a wide 11-kilometer breakwater that protects the island from the open sea. The road and promenade run the entire length of the crescent, and the apartment complexes and hotels located here have beaches with access to Palm Lagoon. With the Palm trunk, this part of the island is connected by a tunnel with a road and a bridge with a monorail that goes to the Atlantis Hotel.

The second is the Raffles Residences Palm 360, which has 359 residential units: branded apartments and 16 penthouses with their own swimming pools, gyms and movie theaters. The tallest building on the island, the 220-meter high Palm 360, is surrounded by 500,000 square feet of landscaped greenery.
