About the neighbourhood

Masaar is a new residential development located in the suburban area of Masaar, Sharjah. The project is being implemented by Arada, and the first units are expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2023. The community features an abundance of green areas and more than 50,000 trees, and residential buildings are surrounded by various plants. As a result, residents can enjoy plenty of fresh air and nature.

Masaar is situated near Emirates Road and Mleiha Road, which provide direct routes to neighbouring areas, such as Tital City, Al Gharayen, and Al Khawaneej. The local infrastructure is still being developed. However, there is a nearby school, a supermarket, restaurants, children’s playgrounds, and sports facilities.

Massar has a total of eight construction phases. The first phase includes the community of Sendian, which is located in the centre of the district, and the second phase consists of the Kaya community. Each area has a specific concept. Masaar Experience Center is planned to be the social hub of the area, which will have a supermarket, school, kindergarten, and mosque. The nearest bus stop is located within a 10-minute drive of the community, and Sharjah International Airport and Dubai International Airport are situated within a 15- to 20-minute drive of the communities.

Kaya is a project based on the teachings of Vastu Shastra, which means that layouts were designed in relation to the movement of lunar and solar energies.
