DHP Residency is a nine-storey residential development located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The project was developed by Mohammed Hanif & Ghulam Khoker, and the architectural design was implemented by Na Architects Engineering Consultancy. Construction of the complex started in 2015. DHP Residency consists of 155 residential units. Properties include one- to two-bedroom apartments that range in size from 858 sq. ft. (80 sq. m) to 1,290 sq. ft. (120 sq. m). All units have pantries, living rooms, kitchens, balconies, and at least one bathroom. Some of the two-bedroom apartments have three bathrooms.
