DHP Residency is a nine-storey residential development located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The project was developed by Mohammed Hanif & Ghulam Khoker, and the architectural design was implemented by Na Architects Engineering Consultancy. Construction of the complex started in 2015.
DHP Residency consists of 155 residential units. Properties include one- to two-bedroom apartments that range in size from 858 sq. ft. (80 sq. m) to 1,290 sq. ft. (120 sq. m).
