The Point

The Point is a high-rise skyscraper from the developer Dubai Civil Engineering, located in Dubai Marina, Dubai. The project was developed by Select Group. Work on The Point started in May 2006. The construction took place from 2007 to 2009. The Point is a residential building with 30 floors, the total number of units being 193.

There are one, two or three bedroom apartments and penthouses in The Point. It offers luxurious dwellings with fully furnished rooms and all the amenities one could wish for.

Even though The Point was built quite a long time ago, it still has a well-finished appearance and luxurious interior. This is achieved through regular building maintenance, and the frequent replacement and modification of structural elements.
