About the project
In 2016, MiNC Properties unveiled a 16-story residential complex in one of Dubai’s most prestigious neighborhoods. The architect of Marina Suites was ARC International Architects & Engineers, which has such buildings as Palacio Tower and Liwa Tower in its portfolio. Now the developer presents Marina Suites apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms for rent and purchase.
On the site of the complex are:

The starting price for a 1-bedroom apartment is USD 185,134 (AED 680,000) and a 3-bedroom is USD 264,089 – 435,611 (AED 970,000 – 1,600,000).
As for rentals, only 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments are available. A 1-bedroom apartment costs USD 13,612 (AED 50,000) per year and a 2-bedroom apartment costs USD 17,152 (AED 63,000) per year.
