Located in Dubai Marina, Marina Pinnacle (or Tiger Building) is a 73-storey skyscraper with residential areas and community infrastructure. The height of the building is 280 meters. The developer Tiger Properties completed the project in 2011, and the architectural consultant was the National Engineering Bureau.

The Sheikh Zayed Road exit is about a 10-minute drive from the skyscraper. Residents can use it to get to:

  • Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall in 10-15 minutes;
