About the project
Emirates Crown is a joint project from the developer Bin Shafar Holding and the architecture bureau DAR Consult. It is a skyscraper with a total height of 971 feet (296 meters). Altogether the building has 63 floors. It was commissioned in 2008 and is one of the tallest buildings in Dubai.
The first floors are occupied by commercial premises. Residences are presented as apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and penthouses with 5 bedrooms. All apartments are equipped with panoramic windows overlooking the Dubai Marina.
Residents of the complex have the following benefits available to them:
