About the Development

Sidra 3 is a community in the large-scale Dubai Hills Estate project from developer Emaar Properties. Construction began in 2014. At the moment, several communities are ready for occupancy. Sidra 3 is a high-density development site. It is the last of the residential communities being implemented in the project. Villas are being built on it. The buildings are located next to each other along landscaped streets. They are made in a single architectural style, in a light palette. Each villa has a terrace, garage, garden behind the house and the area in front of the building. Although the density of buildings in Sidra 3 is high, each villa is separate and offers privacy.
