Sobha Ivory Tower 2 is located in the Business Bay area. It is a central business district with access to many transport interchanges. There are bus, streetcar and metro stations nearby. The Dubai Mall can be reached in 10 minutes, the Burj Al Arab in 15, the Palm Jumeirah or The Walk JBR in 20. Dubai International Airport is also about 15 minutes away, the new Al Maktoum International Airport is 40 minutes away.
