The complex is divided into two buildings: Sobha Ivory Tower 1 and Sobha Ivory Tower 2. Sobha Ivory Tower 2 has 24-hour video surveillance and offers maintenance services. Offices in the tower range in size from 1,078 to 1,400 square feet.
