Mr. C Residences Jumeirah is the company’s first residential development, and was launched at the end of 2021. As of Q2 2023, the branded complex has marked over 40% of its completion. It is a joint project between the developer and the Italian hotel brand; Mr. C from the Cipriani dynasty of restaurateurs and hoteliers. Mr. C Residences Jumeirah is being designed by the world-renowned architect; Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica (Miami) and the award-winning interior designer; Will Meyer of Meyer Davis (New York).

The quirky and curvaceous building, inspired by sand dunes and ocean waves, is being built on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal in the iconic Jumeirah district. The gorgeous building will comprise a total of 27 ultra-luxurious residences with luxury yacht-style interiors. Exclusive amenities of Mr. C Residences include private lifts, temperature-controlled private pools on the spacious terraces and private rooftop gardens. Additionally, residents will be granted access to an indoor cinema and an open-air cinema, a lobby lounge with carefully selected artwork, a children’s learning and adventure lab, a state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, an outdoor yoga space and a treatment room with massage rooms, a steam room and a sauna. Among the a la carte services worth mentioning are a butler, a doorman, security, valet, a chauffeur, as well as cleaning, dry cleaning, tailoring and more. The minimum selling price of the unique residences, as of Q1 2023, is AED 19.4M (USD 5.3M).
