The developer of the complex, and the entire community, is Arada Developments LLC. The project’s construction began in 2018 and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2022. Nest is situated near the two major universities: the University of Sharjah and the American University of Sharjah. The complex offers apartments with one- to four-bedroom floor plans.
