East Village is one of the new residential developments forming part of the Aljada community. It consists of three mid-rise buildings: the Solo, the Riff, and the Link. The development is located in Sharjah’s central Naseej District. The developer of the residences, and the community, is Arada Developments LLC.
The project’s construction began in 2018 and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2022. The complex will be surrounded by landscaped pedestrian areas, as well as commercial, educational, and leisure facilities.

Carrefour Market, Al Zahia Park, and Madar Aljada Park are located within a short distance of the complex. Residents can also choose from a variety of leisure areas, such as Al Majaz Waterfront, a promenade lined with fountains, and a beachfront area, which are situated within a 20-minute drive. The neighbourhood also offers Aljada Movie Night at an open-air cinema and several coffee shops, such as Pop Up Speciality Coffee, O’Clock Cafe, and Starbucks.
