Al Khan is a coastal area of Sharjah located between Al Mamzar and Al Majaz. Dubai can be reached within a five-minute drive, and residents have easy access to the emirate’s most popular beaches and attractions, such as Expo Centre Sharjah and Sharjah Aquarium. Studios and one-bedroom apartments have a return rate of 3.3%. Two-bedroom apartments have a return rate of 4.5%, and three-bedroom apartments have a return rate of 4%.
Studios at Suroor Towers have the lowest annual rental rate of AED 15,000 (USD 4,000). Three-bedroom apartments at Sharjah 555 Tower have the highest annual rental rate of AED 130,000 (USD 35,000).
Offices, plots of land, and entire buildings are also available to buy. Offices have annual rental rates that range from AED 23,000 (USD 6,000) to AED 90,000 (USD 25,000).

Future Tower and Asas Tower are two of the most popular residential complexes in Al Khan. The Maryam Island community is also in demand and includes several buildings.

Expo Centre Sharjah is one of Al Khan’s main attractions. The complex has five main halls, which are ideal for hosting exhibitions, festivals, and events. Visitors can also enjoy an art gallery, a cafe, a medical centre, and parking facilities.
Sharjah Oceanarium is a great place for families to enjoy leisure time. It features more than 150 species of marine life, as well as 20 aquariums distributed over two floors.

Al Qasba Quay is located on the border of Al Majaz and offers family-friendly activities. Visitors have access to restaurants, cafes, a theatre, a bookshop, an education centre, art facilities, and children’s amusement rides.
