The 18-storey building was developed by Binghatti Developers, and Silver Stone Engineering Consultants executed the architectural design. The complex was commissioned in 2021 and consists of 180 residential units. Binghatti Gateway offers two- and three-bedroom apartments featuring various layouts. Units range in size from 735 sq. ft.
