All objects are located on the artificially created island, Palm Jumeirah. The project was developed by the international company IFA Hotels and Resorts in 2009. Now in the complex there are 558 apartments with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms, as well as townhouses and penthouses. The Fairmont Palm Residences features indoor and outdoor pools, beautiful gardens, a modern gym, underground parking, stores, cafes and restaurants. Apartments range in size from 119.8 to 507.7 sq.
