Taraf introduces a new project of Solea

In the first quarter of 2025, the Taraf developer announced the construction of a new project called Solea. It will be the only residential building in the neighbourhood of Saadiyat Lagoons, on Saadiyat Island.

The complex includes 4 low-rise buildings, offering 1-4 bedroom apartments with interiors that feature warm, sunset-inspired tones. Residences in the Solea development will boast stunning views of Abu Dhabi’s skyline, complemented by peaceful surroundings.

The starting price for a 1-bedroom residence in the project — AED 1.75M (USD 476K). The developer offers two payment plan options: 40/60 or 60/40.
