Savanna — new launch in Dubai

Emaar Properties has presented a new addition to the Creek Beach in Dubai Creek Harbour, called Savanna. Potential investors can choose from a selection of 1–3 bedroom apartments with premium finishes and exquisite interiors at the starting price of AED 1.3M (USD 354K), as of Q1 2023.

The residences will come with private balconies or terraces, which will overlook the scenic neighbourhood. Emaar Properties offers a 90/10 payment plan, which includes a 10% booking fee. The final 10% is to be paid upon the anticipated completion date of the complex in Q3 2026.
