A villa on the iconic man-made island of Palm Jumeirah was sold for AED 130M (USD 35.4M). The signature villa named Riva Del Lusso is the latest addition to the Billionaire’s Row, located on the Frond G of Palm Jumeirah.
The area of this premium development is 10,000 sq. ft and comes with 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a private swimming pool, spacious private parking located in the basement, and private beach access. Residents will be able to enjoy magnificent views of the Arabian Gulf, Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal.

The stylish layout of Riva Del Lusso was thoughtfully designed. The architecture and interior design was created by Massimo Castagna, as well as the multi-award-winning firms SAOTA, Interni Design Experience and CK architecture.
