Plaza — new launch in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi

The Reportage Properties development company presents a new residential complex in Masdar City called Plaza. The contemporary project has a height of 105 ft and includes a GF, six residential floors and roof level. The estimated date of handover for Plaza is expected to be in Q3 2025.

Properties in the complex are presented by studios, 1–2 bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom townhouses, with the total number of units in Plaza constituting 348. All residences are complemented by private balconies and terraces, double glazed windows and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms. The starting cost of residences for sale in the Plaza project constitutes AED 1.5M (USD 408K).

The amenities within the development include a dedicated pet area, bocce play area, giant chess play area, Zen Garden, Art Garden and Yoga Garden, in addition to the usual residential facilities. Parking areas for residents are available on the ground, first and second floors.

The Plaza building is surrounded by parks, schools, mosques, banks and community retail, all of which are within walking distance. The location in Masdar City allows residents of the complex to reach Al Raha Mall, Central Park and Abu Dhabi International Airport within just 10–15 minutes’ by car.
