Perla 3 — new launch on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

The new residential project called Perla 3 was launched by Reportage Properties, which is one of the biggest private development companies in the UAE. As of Q3 2023, the complex is under construction, and the anticipated date of handover will be revealed later.

The waterfront complex offers studios, junior one-bedroom apartments, 1–3 bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom townhouses. The total number of residences in the development is 326 and all units in the modern complex feature canal views. The initial price for a residence in Perla 3 constitutes AED 1,2M (USD 327K).

The complex provides a prestigious lifestyle through a range of premium amenities. These include a Zen Garden, Art Garden, Yoga Garden, a bocce play area and a giant chess play area. Sports facilities in the development are presented by swimming pools, an outdoor table tennis area and a gym. There is also a dedicated pet area within the complex, which will be an advantage for pet owners.

Perla 3 is located in the area of Yas South in one of the most vibrant communities of Abu Dhabi — Yas Island.
