Nouran Living is a new project in Abu Dhabi

Aldar Properties has unveiled an exclusive new project, Nouran Living, a premium 13-storey complex located in a quiet area of Saadiyat Marina. Studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments ranging from 323 sq. ft to 2,519 sq. ft in size are available for purchase.

Foreign investors can buy property in Nouran Living, as the project is located in a freehold zone. With the purchase of a residence worth AED 2M (USD 545K) or more, the owner will be able to apply for a 10-year Golden visa. This document is also issued to family members and domestic staff and can be extended in the future as long as they remain the owner of the property.
