The project was developed by Nakheel, and the architectural design was implemented by Hatim Al Ghaouti and Al Asri Engineering Consultant. The building features a modern style, and the façade consists of white blocks and glazed elements. The entrance and centre of the building are highlighted by a dark block in the form of a projecting arch. Properties include one- to two-bedroom apartments that have spacious layouts. One-bedroom apartments cover an area of 850 sq. ft. and are the most popular option among tenants.
