Club Vista Mare is a resort complex on Palm Jumeirah island. Developed by Nakheel, the complex was commissioned at the end of 2016. The complex includes a two-storey hotel, beach club, and restaurants, and it is conveniently located within 80 metres of the sea.
The first floor of the complex is used for entertainment and dining services. Four restaurants, serving Middle Eastern, Greek, Spanish, and Ethiopian cuisine, cover a total area of 4,645 sq. m (50,000 sq. ft), and can serve up to 2,000 guests at a time. Guests can enjoy their meals on the terrace or beachside seating areas. The resort complex also offers retail shops, cafés, and sports halls with access to free parking.
Club Vista Mare has 33 studios for sale on the second floor; the total available residential space is 2,787 sq. m (30,000 sq. ft). Studios, 50 sq. m (540 sq. ft), have modern bathrooms and terraces overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The price for a double-occupancy seven-night stay in a studio is AED 4,189 (USD 1,140).

The hotel is a popular destination due to its bustling restaurants, as well as its lively beach club, which features lounge chairs, a swimming pool, water activities, and sunbathing verandas. The space transitions into one of the area’s most popular nightclubs after the sun goes down.
Club Vista Mare is located within a short distance to the Nakheel shopping centre. The Al Das Medical Centre is located within walking distance of the complex. Residents do their grocery shopping at Milk & Honey supermarket, which is located within a 10-minute walk. The nearest Metro Station, Nakheel, is 3.3 km. away, and a bus stop can be reached within a 20-minute walk.
