The Palm Tower

The Palm Tower is a 52-floor mixed-use development by Nakheel Properties. Trojan General Contracting is the general contractor of The Palm Tower. The building is located next to Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah Island. Construction of the project began in 2014. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2021.

The first 18 floors of the building, which consists of 290 residences, are reserved for the 5-star hotel St. Regis Dubai. The remaining floors 19-47 are studios and apartments available for purchase, each with 1-3 bedrooms. Studios and one-bedroom apartments occupy floors 19 through 45.
